Giving our Park kids the proper academic support is important to their overall success and confidence in the classroom. We've modeled our education programs after some of the top performing education systems in the world, utilizing a foundation and play for academic mastery and mixed-level groups for literacy and STEM.
For our Latine scholars, there is significant emphasis on building proficiency in reading, math, and science. Currently, only about 30% of Latine youth are proficient in reading and math. The Park Place is changing that through innovative educational programs, bringing excitement into learning basic foundational concepts.

Scholars kindergarten through eighth grade learn to love reading through book clubs, read alouds, and comprehension art projects that put fun of learning at its center.
stem club
In partnership with CreateMPLS, our scholars enjoy hands-on STEM learning, complete with robotics, coding, 3D printing, and more. Making STEM come to life - literally!
homework
help
For scholars that need extra support with homework, we have volunteers available throughout the week to jump in! We have a host of engineers, teachers, and university students available for support.

For parents that want to better advocate for their children in school, we host various workshops around evaluations, advocacy, and school resources.
